★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Workers are careless and almost never keep the place clean it’s always a mess in there especially the toppings counter, like it’s so unsanitary it isn’t even funny on top of it being way too overpriced. I never leave reviews but this place is a mess and don’t bother complaining to management they don’t validate your feelings and they go from 0-100 extremely fast. I’m related to someone who worked here and was told that management allowed them to use expired milk and rotten fruits for the toppings bae and to just cut off the rotten part. HUGE red flag! Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere.
July 14 · Shania Martin**Avoid This Place – Terrible Management**I strongly advise against visiting this establishment due to its misleading advertising and unprofessional management. The product I received did not match the advertisement, and when I voiced my concerns, the response from management was shockingly dismissive and rude.Rather than addressing legitimate customer complaints with professionalism, they resorted to personal attacks and excuses. Their handling of customer feedback is completely unacceptable, and the way they justify false advertising should be a major red flag for anyone considering supporting this business.A company that refuses to take accountability and treats dissatisfied customers with hostility is not one worth encouraging. If you value honesty and good customer service, I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.————————————————————————————-I was extremely disappointed with my experience here. The advertisement outside showed they were selling Dubai chocolate frozen yogurt ice cream. The image featured a green-colored ice cream labeled as Dubai chocolate, and it looked inviting. Expecting what was shown in the picture, I decided to try it. However, when I received my order, the ice cream looked nothing like the advertisement, and the taste was completely off. It did not resemble Dubai chocolate in any way.The flavor was awful, and I wanted to return it, but the supervisor informed me that they do not offer refunds. The way they handled my complaint was ridiculous. I was told that the picture in the advertisement does not actually represent the ice cream they sell. The cashier mentioned there was pistachio in it, yet there wasn’t even the slightest taste of pistachio. This is misleading and deceptive advertising. See the picture below—it’s clear they are fooling customers. I feel completely scammedReply from the owner:We were informed about what ensued today as well as reviewed our camera footage. First of all; the way you conducted yourself was completely unacceptable; unhinged and downright scary! You badger and berede a teenage employee because you were unhappy with your purchase. Wow! Dubai has a strong pistachio flavor so what you're saying isn't at all true. Also, you cannot compare a poster advertisement to the actual product as contrast and saturated colors are never accurate. That's standard everywhere. You weren't happy with your purchase yet you continued to eat it. I strongly suggest you do some self reflecting before you go into another small business and frighten and berede a child because you didn't like a certain flavor. Unreal!—————-**Subject:** Response to Your Reply Regarding My ComplaintI am deeply concerned by the way you handled my complaint—not only did you dismiss my valid concerns, but your response contained troubling language that reflects poorly on your business practices. You stated that I "badgered and berated a teenage employee," implying that you knowingly placed a minor in a position where they would need to handle customer complaints. If this individual was unable to professionally address concerns, then that is a failure on your part as management, not mine as a paying customer. Businesses have a responsibility to ensure that staff are equipped to handle disputes appropriately, rather than deflecting blame onto customers.Furthermore, your attempt to justify misleading advertising by claiming that promotional images do not accurately reflect the product is unacceptable. Transparency and honesty should be the foundation of any business, and dismissing a customer’s disappointment by attacking their character instead of acknowledging the issue is unprofessional.Your response did not address the core problem—the product did not match expectations, and your handling of the situation was entirely inadequate. Instead of making baseless accusations, I urge you to focus on improving your marketing accuracy and your approach to customer service.
April 22 · KrizzyGreat experience every time. The flavors and toppings are not to be missed.🤤 They deliver too, how cool is that.
July 15 · Penny FisherI really love 16 handles , the staff here is a hit or miss. There is one thing that always bothers me though and it’s the smell. It always smells like dirty mop water ! They need to wash the mop well or use clean water and Pleasant detergent !
February 24 · Catherine MartinezEmployees were nice; good variety of flavors but none really impressed me. I’m visiting from out of town and found this place extremely overpriced however (the small cup I got was over $10! And my boyfriend had a medium which was $13!). I’ve never paid this much for self serve froyo before! We won’t be coming back unfortunately.
