- Rolled Ice Cream: This is one of the shop’s main attractions. Customers can choose a base flavor and a variety of mix-ins, which are then expertly chopped and blended on a cold plate before being scraped into delicate rolls. The process is a captivating show in itself, and the resulting dessert is both visually appealing and delicious. Flavors often include classics like vanilla and chocolate, as well as more unique options.
- Bubble Tea and Fruit Tea: Absolute Zero offers a wide selection of refreshing teas. Customers can choose from traditional milk teas, fragrant fruit teas, and various add-ins like classic boba, popping boba, and other jellies. The teas are customizable and a popular choice, particularly for those who want something a little different from a traditional ice cream or smoothie.
- Dragon's Breath: A truly unique and memorable snack, Dragon's Breath consists of fruity puffed cereal that is flash-frozen with liquid nitrogen. When you eat it, the cold causes vapor to billow from your nose and mouth, creating a “dragon” effect. While the flavor is often described as minimal, the fun and novelty of the experience make it a favorite for many.
- Large Variety of Toppings: Customers can personalize their rolled ice cream with a generous selection of toppings. These can include anything from fresh fruit and whipped cream to nuts and candies. A notable feature is that many toppings are included without an extra charge, although the quantity can sometimes be limited.
---
- Interactive Experience: One of the biggest highlights is the live preparation of rolled ice cream. The process of watching ingredients get mixed and frozen on a cold plate and then scraped into rolls is an engaging and entertaining spectacle that adds to the enjoyment of the dessert.
- Friendly and Patient Staff: Customers consistently praise the staff for being very friendly and patient, especially with new visitors. They are happy to explain the menu and the process, making for a welcoming and comfortable ordering experience.
- Fresh and Real Ingredients: The shop uses real ingredients, such as fresh strawberries and matcha powder, which contributes to the authentic and high-quality flavor of their desserts and drinks. For example, the grassy notes of real matcha are a highlight for many.
- Customization Options: The extensive menu of base flavors, teas, and toppings allows for a high degree of customization. This ensures that every customer can create a treat that is perfectly suited to their individual tastes and preferences.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We went in for the Dragon's Breath and got a couple more items. The man and woman were very friendly and patient with us as we ordered. They have a large variety of teas and add ins such as boba popping and not. We also got their rolled icecream, I ended up going back for more of the fruit tea before leaving. The Dragon's Breath was cool, not much for flavor though. Icecream was as you would expect though the toppings were not an additional charge (though they were also sparingly with them). All in all a pleasant experience and would definitely do again.
May 03 · Raeanne ClemonsThis was my first time getting rolled ice cream. I had a green tea and strawberry rolled ice cream and it was good. I especially liked the flavor of the real strawberries and the grassy matcha. It was a fun experience getting to watch your ice cream being made on the cold plate. It’s fun seeing the fillings get squished and spread out until it freezes, then the ice cream gets scraped up into rolls. There’s a bunch of toppings to choose from. I got slivered almonds, blueberries, and whipped cream. The only problem was the cross contamination with food allergens. I have a gluten intolerance and the ice cream made before mine had graham crackers in it. I did experience some digestive problems afterwards, so keep that in mind if you also have food allergies or intolerance.
July 25 · Kit JohnsonWe hadn't been in a minute and I'd forgotten how delightful it is. Fun confections even when the weather is cold.Tried the dragon's breath and had a hoot blowing icy breath at each otherThen tried lovely mealovely mid order ice cream rolls with toppings galore.Plus the folks who work there and run it are incredibly sweet And my son wants it known he actually won at the claw machine.
February 25 · Stephan EdelI came into this place and had the Ferrero Rocher ice cream and it was different yet delicious! I enjoyed watching them roll the ice cream and would go back to get more ice cream because it’s unique. The only downside was having to wait over 10-15 minutes to have my ice cream made because of the people who came in before and after me.
March 04 · Millie ObregonAbsolute Zero’s seasonal ice cream flavors were interesting as I was stuck between 3 options but I ended up with the death by chocolate. Tasty but nothing special if I’m being honest. It didn’t really justify the long wait in line and long wait for our order to be ready. Staff was nice but seemed rushed with the surge of customers that came in. Located nicely in front of a park to eat the ice cream on a nice hot day.
