This place has gone down hill. I still do like their product, the beef and soda brand is the best. However, I find it difficult to come in for ice cream when they can’t get the littlest things right. I ordered a twist on a waffle cone. They tried giving me vanilla but then fixed it. A few weeks later, I ordered the same but on a dipped waffle cone. They gave me a waffle bowl. At this point I just gave up on their staff, and managed to eat that while driving. I went in again to use a token and that was right. I’ll also add that when they messed up the first twist on a waffle cone, there were more staff than customers, and they seemed to just be careless. I had to ask for a lid for the second take out ice cream, the kid took the spoon out, waved it over his friend’s head, who then backed in to the display and knocked the sprinkles and waffle cones all over the floor. No wonder prices are so high, son much product is wasted.I also suggest adding the ability to tip after the order is complete. I’m not going to tip before I receive the order since I don’t know how the service will be. - Jacob Miller
