We had a sweet tooth after lunch as we passed through on our way to the Falls. A nice woman at the BFLO store recommended Andersons and we're glad we asked! Wifey liked her Graham Cracker hard scooped ice cream, and I loved my twist frozen custard mixed with Heath.

We eat at Anderson’s about 3–4 times a year and always enjoy the food — it's consistently good, even if a bit on the pricey side. Their ice cream is also fantastic!However, I want to share a word of caution about using the online ordering system. Yesterday, we placed an online order for the Niagara Falls Blvd. location. When I arrived about five minutes after placing it, I let a staff member know our name and that we had just ordered online. He simply said “OK.”We waited and watched several people order at the counter and get their food while we continued waiting. I asked the staff two more times about our order and didn’t get much of a response. Finally, after waiting 35 minutes, I was more firm — and only then did they check and say, “Oh yeah, here it is!” Our order had been sitting there for a while and they did not notify us despite telling them 3 times we were waiting for our order.Unfortunately, the food was cold and the fries were soggy by then. Very disappointing experience with the staff and service this time around. Our order was $70 too so it wasnt trivial.I will go back, but I won’t be using the online ordering system again.

As a visitor from Canada - I can't believe this place doesn't have a massive footprint or else like a legendary cult following. The greatest roast beef sandwiches I've ever experienced. Am in the USA about 4 to 6 times a year and make it a point to come here every time. HOW IS ANDERSON'S NOT FAMOUS!! It deserves to be!
