I don’t have any real complaints about the service—staff wasn’t rude or friendly, just indifferent. My issue is with the product. I went out of my way to visit this location because I was really craving sherbet, and what I got was horrible.It wasn’t creamy at all—instead, it was icy, like it had completely melted at some point and then been refrozen. The texture was awful, and the taste was just as bad. What’s worse is that they actually had the nerve to sell it.There’s absolutely no way the person who scooped it didn’t realize it was no good. Unbelievable. Extremely disappointed.

No customer service at all. Had to fight the dude to serve me and my girlfriend ice cream 10 min from closing. Yes I understand they closed in 10 min and they wanted to go home but as a customer service job its your duty to service me as a customer me and my girlfriend both new what we wanted before we walked in. Worst customer service ever I ordered a SM milkshake and she gave me a MED .. She tried to overcharge me I told her to change it to a SM because that's what I asked for and she caught an attitude ; on top of that it took her 20 mins just to make it .
