We stopped by this Baskin-Robbins last August with my wife and two of our good friends — and it turned out to be such a fun, feel-good visit that we still talk about it.The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and everything we ordered was perfect. I went for a double scoop in a cone (cookie & cream on top, something nutty on the bottom!) and my friends grabbed cups with their favorites. The ice cream was fresh, full of flavor, and served with care — no mess, no rush, just smiles.The place was clean and had that classic Baskin-Robbins charm — bright, cheerful, and full of "just one more scoop" temptation. We even grabbed this fun photo to remember the moment. It’s one of those simple summer stops that becomes a core memory with people you love.

Every single time I make an order of latte or cappuccino never has foam. HOT coffee NEVER HOT and most of the time tastes like milk not coffee! It’s always warm . And when you asked the employees you want hot coffee they respond rude by saying that’s how it supposed to be! People ask for HOT coffee not WARM. Never fix it. And their tables always nasty they never clean the tables .

We ordered banana split and ice cream scoops were so small. 3 scoops combined would be the size of 1.5 scoops. When I asked about the size, the associate just said that is the size of the scoop and it looks big in the picture. We could have just bought 3 scoop ice cream instead of a banana split which would have been worth the money.

Not a very customer friendly place. Asked for some ice cream and the server looked at the container, walked away and started servicing other customer's coffee. No answer. Then I asked what the issue was, she did not respond, would not even look at me, but another server just said no ice cream and then continued with other customers. This is in my opinion and in my experience the most unfriendly customer interface I have ever experienced. One wonders how this survives. Never to return!

I have been coming here for a very long time. They always make your drinks correctly. I recommend it for anyone who loves sweets or desserts. Smoothies are actually very smooth to drink as they should be. Ice cream is delicious and the place is always clean. Very good and fast customer service. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quick sweet bite.
