Place is very clean, but a little dark inside; like some lights were off. But the guy behind the register was very nice and well mannered greeted us as we walked in, and I couldn't make a decision on the milkshake so I just asked him what would he chose. He chose the Cookie Monster ice cream, I'll admit it was pretty good. But overall I really enjoyed it and will be coming back.

The man who works nights at this dunkin is absolutely horrible childish an unprofessional. This is the second time iv had an order for this dunkin n this man is rude to me everytime for no reason .last time custimer asked for carmel he rufesed an told me to leave in a very rude way i was taken back for a min but w.e ppl r rude.but this time I walked In An was ignored for a good 10 mins I tried getting his attention calling for service opening the door agian becuase he probly just didn't hear the bell the first time an when He can out he told me I can wait an waved me off w his hand while he put donuts away I asked 3 times for my order which was now late....when he finally answered me he still hadn't even started making it soi just turned to walk out its not worth it anymore for me this so called man tried taunting me like a child even after I walked out the door u could hear him I was appalled honestly im just door dashing an picking up someones order. it was disgusting behavior for a grown man let alone one in customer service. DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I called to complain cause my milkshake was literally just milk and he couldn't understand me nor did I understand him cause what he said wasn't in English then he hung up on me. Folks should not be working in customer service in American if can't speak English. Shut it down or hire new employees!

Only good thing here is that it's suppose to be 24/7. But what's the point when the dam employee will stop everything and make costumers wait at 1 AM so he can fill the doughnut shelf up! Those doughnuts won't go bad if you stop for 10 min to serve costumers instead of making them wait over 30 min. 0 costumer service. The guy can't even speak English to understand not everyone can wait 30 min for you to do you job.
