They need to close this place down. I ordered a banana split. I paid for my order and had my son waited inside for my order. After a few mins, he comes out talking about they have to go out to get my bananas. When I went inside, the girl inside said that someone was going to the grocery store to pick up some bananas... like what???? She didn't know how many scoops came in a banana split, no gloves on, and a customer was in there rolling up weed in the establishment. They will never get another dime of my money.

Called ahead to make sure ice cream was still being served as it was late night munchie time. I arrive about 1am and waited patiently to be served. Only to be told the young man wasn't going to serve me ice cream because he was the only one there working. Well besides me nobody else was there. So I call ahead and wait for the store to clear only to be rudely denied service. Is this standard at this store? Can someone please contact me. I love the store in general but I am not sure about this location

I ordered a sundae. The only things they got right were the ice cream flavors. I asked for marshmallow topping, rainbow sprinkles, and cookie dough pieces. They put cotton candy bits, and andes mints on it. I'll tell you, the cotton candy bits on mint chocolate chip ice cream is pretty gross, it turns out. And now, they are refusing to answer the phone. I filed a complaint but I'd like to talk to a person to find out why someone thought this was appropriate.
