We visited the store today on the way home to pick up a couple prepackaged quarts. The person at the register was apparently not really interested in working. I asked about a particular flavor and she said if it wasn’t there it wasn’t available and went back to looking at her phone. She never offered to pack one from what they had in their freezers. We just grabbed another flavor to get out of there. When we were paying, again she spend most of her time looking at her phone. She never greeted us coming in and never even gave a the smallest hint of a smile. Only good thing was the ice cream. But we’ll get to somewhere else next time.

At 3:54 PM I had went into the facility a cashier stuck her tounge out with her piercings mid me telling her my order. I suggested to her not to stick out her tounge while talking to customer's when I walked out and to my car she stuck her tounge out again trying to be funny. When I went back inside to ask who is the manager all the employees acted like they didn't speak English and wouldn't tell me. BY-LAW your obligated to tell the customer if they request that information. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Terrible ice cream quality. The staff appears to always keep freezer open resulting in soupy ice cream. I’m not sure how they even get away with selling it. What a waste!
