Baskin-Robbins has truly transformed under the wonderful new management! The staff is warm and welcoming, the store sparkles with cleanliness, and every scoop of ice cream tastes delightful. Their cakes are also beautifully made and absolutely delicious. A lovely experience from start to finish — highly recommended!

What happened?? This place was awesome, friendly, attentive staff, full cooler. Ever since the new ownership, much of the original staff has been gone. The new staff is not as knowledgeable and there are no more specials (told me "special was out of stock"). The display screen has not been on either. I asked and was told, "we must have forgotten to turn it on." And then they proceeded to NOT turn it on. The first time in my life, I've ever seen a Baskin Robbins run out of a classic flavor. This is absolutely disappointing on so many levels. Instead of walking into BR and feeling a sense of nostalgia and family fun, I feel like I walked into a south Nashville Kwik Sak.
