Ordered an ice cream cake through the Uber Eats app to pick it up myself. Went to pick up only to be told they do not accept Uber Pick up orders. They refused to give me the cake. They asked me to cancel the order on my end but Uber would have charged me even more than what I paid for cancelling so I tried to reason with the employee and even warned them that if I didn't receive the cake I would have to write a negative review. I guess we all know what happened since I wrote the review. No cake for my wife's birthday. I had to reach out to Uber to get the order cancelled without charge.

I've been to this location twice. The first time, they gave me a medium cup instead of the large I paid for, which I didn't notice until I got home.The second time, I ordered a milkshake and asked three times for them to make sure they didn't overblend it. I literally said, "Please make it so thick that the milkshake barely goes through the straw." Instead of a thick shake, I didn't even get a normally thick one.My shake was the consistency/thickness of straight milk that was so watered down I could barely even taste the flavor. If you're going to charge $8 for a shake it needs to be an actual shake and not barely flavored milk, especially when a customer expressly asks for it not to be blended a lot. My croissant was also ice cold. I won't be back.

Wow...their peanut butter ice cream is to die for! I also went back a second night for the coffee flavor...also amazing.For the past few days I've been craving root beer floats! Not that cheap fast food joint that put in the pull down handle ice cream, but real hand scooped.I decided to see if a B & R was near my work and Voila! Yelp has not steered me wrong.I hop in may to start what was to be the junk food lunch of the week. Get over here, and when I ask do you have root beer floats, was met with a yes.. then a gasp! Oh no we ran out of root beer. BUT the lovely lady said if I get a root beer from the liquor store, which was a mere 2 stores down she would make it an only charge me for the ice cream!. How customer service was that! I thought that was great.Off I go. so for 3.00 but the 85 cents I spent on the can of soda. I had a large cup of root beer float, with left over soda, and enough ice cream to make a second one when I got back to the office, but you know that was pretty much gone by the time I got back.My definite spot for my ice cream fix during work hours.Staff is super friendly and helpful and aren't afraid to think outside the box!

I went there to get ice cream but they were out of multiple flavors. I ended up leaving with nothing because their selection was so sparse. You're better off getting something from a bodega; at least they'll have flavors.
