Last night 6/24/25 We came here right before closing to get ice cream. The store was still open and serving customers inside, and the door was unlocked. which means we should be allowed to get ice cream. Not my fault; you guys didn't lock the doors. anyway, the people in front of us were halfway through their order when this teenage girl rudely just cut them off! I couldn't believe it!!! its one thing if we walked in and they just said their closed and we leave, but to stop serving someone mid-order is so unprofessional. All the food places I've worked at, and I would never do that to someone. The family only got half their order leaving some kids with ice cream and other kids without! How could u do that to little kids in the middle of summer! Then the girls behind the counter trying to fight w the customers talking about "we don't get paid after 10" HUHHHH sorry but whoever is managing this place needs to be paying their employees until they clock out and needs to teach their employees that customer satisfaction comes first. it was so rude, and there was definitely a better way to go about this but cutting a family off mid-order and then yelling at the customers for being frustrated is wrong. The girls behind the counter thought they were in the right! And I feel them I know what they mean, and that they want to go home, but no matter what job ur working u have a job to do and its to satisfy the customer. this was so unprofessional and I would never treat any of my customers like that. keep in mind I am also young and I know when customers are in the wrong, but this family was not doiong anything wrong. these girls r stuck-up brats who don't understand the work ethic. Sometimes you have to stay a little late; sometimes you have to do things you don't want to. this is why I am leaving a review bc I thought this was ridiculous

I bought the ice cream double scoop. In single cup . What they gave is too small where I paid for medium double scoop. When I ask the cashier or server . She replied this is what we for the double scoop . Whereas when I visit other stores they give the proper double scoop. Not less when compare to this store . Basically they are robbing customers. I would never go back to this store anymore.

The QR code for 31% off wouldn't work & a QR for a free scoop wouldn't work. The employee had no suggestions but for me to call corporate. I was on hold for over 25 minutes for someone to clear this issue up. Then I was on hold again for someone to send me an email with a working QR code. I expressed to corporate that the nice ice cream was ruined since I was on the phone trying to fix the problem. She had no way to try to compensate for the ruined experience. It's just disappointing that an updated BR/DD couldn't resolve this any better. They expected me to just pay for everything-whats the point of a deal/ coupon/ special offer if they don't work?

Worst customer service yet!! We come here weekly and sometimes daily. Never had a problem but today they had us wait more than 30 minutes to sell us a tub of ice cream and we still didn’t get to buy it because “the manager didn’t give them a price” how unprofessional is that for such a constant customer.
