My husband and I have gone to this location a couple times now for late night ice cream and the service is always prompt and workers super friendly.I most recently ordered a specialized birthday ice cream cake and was very happy with how accommodating and detail oriented Melanie was. The cake looked and tasted great. I highly recommend going into the store to order cakes as the online ordering process wasn't super user friendly.Overall I have been happy with the experiences I've had thus far at this location.

Not only does the inside look unorganized their whole system is unorganized as well. I went in there looking to place a cake order on Saturday for a cake that I needed on Wednesday and I had went in myself to place the order and everything was set. Then I receive a phone call Tuesday morning, today, the day before the birthday, telling me their cake maker has apparently been sick all week and they have to cancel my order.They waited four whole days and the day before the birthday to tell me this and any other Baskin Robbins or even Dairy Queen needs 48 hours in advance to place a cake order. However based off other reviews it seems they made this up, because they don’t make cakes anymore and their workers who placed the order for me are not aware of this.

Great B&R/D&D....I get my coffee here on a daily basis and they have some of the best people working there (Haley is particularly kind). The morning crew is sometimes grumpy and less than cordial but it is 5am when I walk in so it is understandable, though I do wish they were just a bit nicer in the morning. Overall a great place and they always make my coffee fresh if I request it.

Always seems like they “are out of it.” You can get ice cream but nothing else. Utensils always seem to be low on stock. Dark gloomy and scary parking lot.
