Got to the drive thru at 12:30 was told that they are temporarily closed for ten minutes. I parked and waited got back on the drive thru for him to tell me the same thing. I told him I waited for twelve minutes. He said I am only one person, so I’m temporarily closed for ten minutes. It is now 1:09 I went back again to be told the same thing. It’s always a problem here!

Worst service I have encounteredI ordered online a banana split with three different types of ice cream with three types of toppings and also I pay for extra topping. I get there they tell me they don’t have any of the ice creams that I chose and no toppings, and on top of that they was unprofessional and rude. I would never ever visit another Baskin-Robbins again.

On saturday May 6th I visit this to this establishment via the drive-thru. I was attended to by two females who were uncultured, mennerless and untrained staff person. Who delights an insulting culture customers, Because one of the female staff said I was the fifth person who came into the establishment and did not know what they wanted. This apparently was a problem. I will never visit this establishment again. The owner of the store is going to lose a lot of patronage if this continues. If they have cctv they need look at cameras to see what actually transpired this is so disappointing.
