Brought my daughter for ice cream. The Blue haired girl behind the counter told us they had no toppings and no cones. She also seemed amused to be telling us this. I will never go there again. Only gave it one star because there is a Dairy Queen next door that was excellent.

Every time I come to this location, they refuse to serve items from the baskin robins side of the store. They will also hold the drive thru to stop orders so that they can catch up but it actually perpetuates being backed up instead of clearing the line and releasing the back up.This location needs managers with real management skills.

I went inside. I waited at the counter and no one came to get my order. So, I left - got in my car and went to the drive-thru. I gave my order “2 scoops of Pralines and Cream in a cup”. I pulled around and waited and waited - one person inside continued to bring up coffee drinks and other beverages. I looked inside and didn’t see anyone at the ice cream counter…..I finally pulled away and left. What is so sad is that Baskin-Robins has Fantastic ice-cream!! I am heartbroken. 😔

Literally been in this store for about 30 minutes. I paid 15 minutes ago (took 15 to just pay)... now, I'm sitting here watching them serve the drive through people and not one person has scooped a single scoop of ice cream! We just complained, 5 minutes ago, still no scoop. Not a one. This place is like this EVERY TIME we come here. We give chances after every few months... still garbage. How are they still I'm business?? How has corporate not corrected this??
