Icecream was all melted he had to use a cup since it was too melted for a cone. Also, TINY LITTLE SCOOPS are that expensive? They barley speak english so they cant really understand what you are asking for. Not worth the money. Terrible location, will not come back

Go elsewhere. My boyfriend ordered me an ice cream cake for my birthday from this Baskin Robbins yesterday and he was told it would be ready for pick-up at 5pm today. Fast forward to today, which is my birthday. He arrives to pick up the cake and absolutely no one has made the cake or even has any documentation of their own that it had been ordered. He showed them the receipt and was told to try to find an already made cake they had. When none of those were a cake he wanted he was told he'd have to come back to the store in an hour for a refund. How is this acceptable?

They didn’t speak any English I asked for a 2 scoop sundae he grabbed a CONE.. I said NO a sundae please, he grabbed the scooper with NO gloves 🧤 no whip cream, fudge or nuts, just ice cream! I got a refund
