What happened to customer service? Asked for a 2 scopp hot fudge sundae, I was handed a 2 scoop sundae with what appeared to be chocolate syrup. I asked where the hot fudge was, "Oh,we don't have hot fudge. This is like a mocha syrup!" I said, "as in coffee?" "Yes!" "Then I don't want it." He offered to make another but I was a bit miffed b/c I was not told they didn't have hot fudge and I don't like coffee. So 2 strikes, went go for a third. Just lost my business. At least my husband and doggo were happy!! Oh... and they charged me for the pup cup...i should do 1 star, but my guys were happy, so 1 star each for them!

We ordered 3 times lately. Our order is ALWAYS wrong. Today we got a crushed quart of chocolate chipLast time they gave us mint chocolate chip instead of chocolate chip. I literally get the most basic ice cream and they never get it right.My husband this time asked for pistachio and they send chocolate chip mint. So he got the wrong one and mine is open and crushed then they refuses to refund the order.

Poor Customer ServiceI recently visited this establishment, and unfortunately, the customer service experience left a lot to be desired. The employee working behind the counter was shockingly uncommunicative. He barely opened his mouth to speak, making me feel as if I was dealing with a machine rather than a person. His demeanor was robotic, with no warmth or friendliness, and he lacked even the basic skills to make customers feel welcome.The atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable, largely due to his attitude. Politeness and a pleasant attitude are crucial in customer service, and sadly, this employee missed the mark entirely. I hope the management reads this and takes steps to address the issue because poor customer service like this can drive people away from an otherwise good establishment.
