Below Zero Ice Cream & Grill Reviews
I wanted to do something special for my Grandmother on Independence day so decided to stop in and treat her at Below Zero to try their food & ice cream. We were not disappointed. Their ice cream was amazing and way bigger than we expected and the food was so delicious!!! The staff was very friendly also and put cute little flags decorating our food since it was theJuly 4th holiday. We both will definitely stop there again.
July 04 · Renee HartI went to below zero on a nice summer day wanting ice cream and it hit the spot! I requested the owner for a strawberry oreo flurry (I tried it as a milkshake once at five guys, loved it, and was craving it again). He did it right away, and even gave us a free scoop card. Great service and cute place.
July 12 · Rhyonn FordMy favorite ice cream spot! The best chocolate malts ever! I used to get brownie sundaes with pb added, but they kept getting messed up a bit (maybe miscommunication but thats okay!) accidents and mistakes happen!! This will still always be a 5 star place for me. Friendly staff, great ice cream and food! :)
June 16 · Ally RamseyGreat neighborhood ice cream shoppe with friendly staff serving up great tasting and fair serving sized ice creams! Community events scheduled throughout the summer! Something for everyone! I definitely recommend them! Give ‘em a try!
June 27 · Susan MaharI have visited this location several times and have consistently enjoyed the ice cream and milkshakes here. However, I have repeatedly encountered an employee whose behavior has been inexplicably rude. Today, when I came in for a simple milkshake, I rang the bell at the window as I didn't see anyone around. The employee responded with immediate complaints about the bell and other customers who use it. Despite my efforts to overlook her attitude and continue with my order, she remained unprofessional. I told her that her rudeness was unnecessary and decided to leave. A polite explanation of the bell policy would have been more appropriate. If the bell is a problem, perhaps it should be removed. It is disappointing to see such a minor issue handled so poorly, and it raises concerns about how she might manage more significant customer issues. Due to this negative experience, I will no longer be visiting this location.
