★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This place was the perfect spot to end our day at!! My husband had the Robert Smith sundae and I had the Midnight Dark Chocolate cone. They were both delicious. The girl behind the counter was just as sweet as could be. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor… as I love ALL things Halloween/Fall!!! I can’t wait to go back (and maybe bring our adult children lol). 💜🖤
May 17 · Cathy RewaldI cannot recommend this place enough. I know they cant make these claims, but I can. Their cookies and cream is so rich and thick that it genuinely tastes and feels like oreo cream. The all black chocolate is a deep and rich, but not bitter chocolate that tastes distinctly of cosmic brownie. Genuinely worth the time and energy. The tables were small but otherwise the place is very accessible.
January 10 · CouchWho can resist the allure of black ice cream? This spot is an absolute gem! Stroll through downtown, indulge in their creative sundaes, and savor that signature black ice cream. It's not just a treat; it's the perfect sweet sidekick to the nearby bars and restaurants. Deliciously fun!The inside is clean and inviting however I wouldn’t mind seeing some more imagery or context on the concept or the story behind the brand.
August 24 · Michael UhlerOMG.!!! you have to visit this fantastic Ice Cream, this unusual Ice Cream Shop, has a very familiar atmosphere and although we arrived a few minutes before closing the girl attended us very kindly, Thank you girl from Last night we are the family of 4 who wanted to eat black ice cream for the first time.!!!
March 02 · liylihI debated going here after reading the reviews. Whoever is leaving responses to the reviews is completely unprofessional and does not know how to manage reviews or accept criticism very well.I read many reviews before even going. I always give the benefit of the doubt to any business because everyone is entitled to their own opinion and to voice that opinion in the form of a review here.Well, Google asked me about parking first. Street parking only—at least that was all that was available. It was crowded.Staff: Friendly, so A+ there.Product: I didn't like the dark gray to black-colored ice cream. It didn't taste as good as a typical—yes, typical—black ice cream that is traditionally colored with charcoal and flavored with almond or other flavors. It was bitter and reminiscent of something loaded with food coloring. Many responses to reviews about the flavor mention black cocoa being used to get the dark color. Are any food dyes being used? What would be fantastic and really benefit your business is if you made the composition of the black ice cream known to everyone. Your business would likely benefit from the creation of an informative video on your in-house process showing how you make the black ice cream.People, for some reason, aren't liking the taste. You need to fix that. Best of luck.
