β 5β 4β 3β 2β 1Black-owned, Family-run business with an amazingly friendly staff. Clean interior with food made-to-order, fresh, & great tasting. Food wasn't rushed & just slapped together at all. It was actually presented professionally, a lot better than a lot of other chain eateries. Price was also reasonable for what you get so it was an all-around great experience. Also, there's couches and chairs to sit if there's a wait, and if you don't wanna wait to start digging in, they have indoor seating with a table and even more seating and tables outside as well. Glad to have tried it and Definitely will return! I highly recommend! No complaints here ππ½
June 26 Β· King RellCute take out dessert place that serves ice cream, water ice, pretzels, kebabs and hot dogs. Despite the storefront being wrapped in various treats, the inside of the store is bright and cheerful. The long counter has ice cream toppings and an area with the hot dogs and kebabs that are ready to go. There's no place to eat in the store but a bench and chairs are available to wait for your orders. There are no public restrooms and the counters are a little high but the entrance can accommodate a wheelchair. Presumably black owned and operated. This sweet spot on 52nd Street adds welcomed character to the shopping corridor.
December 13 Β· Joy St. LouisMy husband and I went here yesterday for some water ice, and I couldn't believe they had carrot cake man's carrot cake I had to buy 4 of them. But we did get some water ice and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.
July 18 Β· Nakia StaleyWe love Black Ice! Great new Black Owned business serving a plethora water ice, ice cream, small bites and treats! Itβs always a pleasure coming in being greeted and remembered each time we patronize! *quick edit* Oh! I forgot to say their smoothies are TOP TIER!
July 18 Β· Jasmin MilliganSo me and my family decided to try this new black owned business out based off of what we saw on instagram, I will say this please don't believe everything you see. When entering the establishment it isn't welcoming no one said hello, there was no menu to even purchase any of the things we saw on instagram so we just purchased 3 small cotton candy water ices and a pizza pretze, the water ice taste nothing like cotton candy more like strawberry lemonade and we waited almost 10 mins for a pizza pretzel that tasted horrible. So I decided to go give a review on the post explaining about my experience and got blocked then the next morning a male tagged me and was like I must've been dreaming because they have everything that was posted and I responded and said if your the owner and this is the way your respond to your customers very sad and unprofessional response and I got blocked. They say support your own kind no thank you. If I could give no stars I would!!!!!
