★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely the BEST waffle cone I've ever had, emphasis on the CONE. The ice cream by itself is wonderful and definitely has a special formula to it, but the mad scientists here have cooked up an entire menu of around 20 flavors of waffle cones which are all thoughtfully and creatively crafted with the customer's taste buds in mind. Both non-alcoholic and boozy friendly flavors of toppings are available.I never would've believed you if you told me somebody could dress up vanilla ice cream so well that it could taste THIS good. This place will 100% be on my list of stops to return to next time I am back in DC. The ladies who work here are very nice, more than happy to help explain the concept and help YOU choose the best cone for yourself (they helped me with suggestions based on what I was in the mood for, which was CHOCOLATE). And the atmosphere is nice as well.Thank you to the people running this place! This was the perfect way to end my night after a crazy concert at the 9:30 club.
August 24 · Eraserhead26So let me tell you something right here and right now. This ice cream had me dancing in the ice cream shop. LoL! The service is impeccable. We were helped right away, given descriptions of everything they offer, and we got to meet the two owners. This is a very tiny shop so it's good to just stop in, get your ice cream, and go.The mere thought of this ice cream while writing my review is causing my mouth to salivate. I had the Forestville vs Iverson Cone and that snickerdoodle flavor is preeminent. My eldest daughter had the Walking On Sunshine with Strawberry Topping and my husband had the Pink Panther with Strawberry Topping. They've all exclaimed how piquant the cones tasted.Support this Black Owned, Women-Owned business in Ward 1 in DC. Come out from near and far because it is worth it. Once you've had a taste of a flavored come, you'll never want a plain waffle cone ever again. 5 Stars.
July 06 · Queen AmplenessMy new favorite ice cream place in the neighborhood 😍 the workers were incredibly helpful, the vanilla ice cream and vegan soft serve were heavenly, the cones and cone dust were SO fun, and omg the sauces. I got the vegan soft serve, red velvet cone, coffee cone dust, and bourbon caramel sauce. My partner got the regular ice cream in the carrot cake cone with mint chocolate Girl Scout cookie flavored cone dust, and strawberry daiquiri sauce. We both thought the vanilla base flavor was so good it makes perfect sense to only have one option with how delicious it was. Perfect amount of sweetness as well!We demolished them so fast I lost half of my cone on the street but just means I’ll have to come back again soon 😂🫶 thank y’all!
August 10 · Alyssa MI was very underwhelmed, especially given the $15 price tag. The cone flavor wasn’t super strong and very thin..the ice cream was me,rung out if it. The soft serve taste was fine but was pretty melty and nothing special. I thought the cones came with the cone dust too, but it was plain.
July 27 · Erin DonnRun, don’t walk to get a taste of cōneacopia!! This brilliant concept created by two Black sisters is refreshing, delicious, and such a fun treat during this scorcher of a summer!Pictured:(L) Sister sister cone, southern comfort and forestville vs. Iverson cone dust, and caramel bourbon spiked sauce(R) Relax, relate, release cone, sister sister cone dust, and strawberry daiquiri spiked sauce
