Ordered on Uber eats asked for and paid extra for cherries to be added as you can see no cherries were added, cup arrived broken and The ice cream was not mixed correctly; all the Oreos we’re all just sitting on top when it’s supposed to be mixed in completely. Obviously someone did not want to do their job. I would definitely say just go in person and do not order from Uber eats or any of those type of services.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE. They won’t have what you want, lie about it to keep you in the store for “business”, the manager isn’t a true people person (he’s rude) , if you try to use a gift card it won’t work… The list goes on 😒. You’re better off going to a further location than this one. The only decent person there was the girl at the cash register, who was apologetic throughout the experience.

The owner of this establishment is very unprofessional and rude. I wanted to place an order for the smallest cake and he couldn’t be bothered. He complained and sighed that he had TOO many orders and made sure to emphasize that he does not do deliveries when I said many times that I was going to pick it up and never mentioned anything about wanting a delivery. He did not want to do my small order because it would not make him the amount of money he wanted. if i could give this place 0 stars i would

Ordered 2 very simple sundaes for delivery. Opened it up with the toppings on both completely mixed up. One was a peanut butter sundae and instead of peanut butter sauce was drenched with caramel sauce and missing the 2 other ingredients to make the Sundae. Basically paid for vanilla ice cream drenched in caramel. Horrible. There’s a better location down the road do yourself a favor and visit that one.
