Well staffed on site but I think they gave me the wrong cake... ordered oreo ice cream on the bottom and explictly asked them to hold the rubber bands.

There was almost nothing in the ice cream case when there and no dairy free options even though they listed them on the website. Also they overcharged us for toppings and all but insisted we add a tip on to our total.

This used to be one of my favorite ice cream spots but it's clear that this location recently got new management and it's a change for the worse. They don't mix the Carvalance well (I've been there a few times since management changed and it's consistently bad) and the cones look sloppy. I'd recommend going to Stew Leonards for soft serve, and Mr. Frosty's for fun mixed ice cream.

Great selection for dairy free ice cream / sorbet - 4 flavors, and 18 flavors of regular hard ice cream plus 4 soft serve options, shakes, cones and all the yummy ice cream things! Staff was sweet and friendly.
