We return yearly for special occasions and are always greeted with a clean, well-stocked store. They can be relied upon for last-minute event ice cream needs! Their writing on cakes vary but generally turn out lovely. They honor coupons from the Carvel website and sometimes provide coupons. Our Fudgie the Whale came with a $3 off our next cake and discount on ice cream sandwiches. We'll definitely be back to this location!

Since moving to Eastchester 10709, October 2019, I used to go on Wednesday for buy one get one free sundaes. Yummy. The owner and his sister are awesome!! He has one young woman that works on certain days, she's very friendly and remembers me. Which is great for a neighborhood store. Whereas many neighborhood stores do not. He hires local students from Eastchester, which is great. This Carvel on Mill road is a great community store. I have purchased cakes; sundaes; cones and shakes. Never had a problem. B

This place is FREAKING DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!I paid $30 for this cake as we’re eating it we notice hair in the cake! I called and owner the guy hung up the phone! After that I drove down there and he tried to give me $5 after what I found instead of a full refund or ATLEAST replace the cake!! I had to yell in order to get back HALF my moneyDO NOT BUY CAKES THERE OR ICE CREAM

It’s a Carvel, whats not to like?! A bit slow on a hot Thursday at 3 PM. There was quite a line and only one person waiting on customers.
