From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient and helpful. Even though I was a bit indecisive at times, Michelle remained kind, professional, and consistently provided excellent customer service.Her communication was clear and thoughtful, and she truly made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy dealing with customers who aren’t quite sure what they want, but Michelle handled it with grace and a positive attitude. Employees like her deserve to be recognized—not only for their skill and efficiency, but for the kindness and professionalism they bring to every interaction. I have a Carvel down my block but I still travel to this one. I love this place! It’s small and looks like it’ll fall apart at any moment but my ice cream Dashers always come out good! And the portions beat the local one.

The icecream is good, customer service not that much, thought I'd give it another try but its getting worse, you feel as if the employees are gonna bite off your head when asking for icecream, older lady seems so unhappy and dealing with her in the past I do agree with other reviews... customer service is very important!There are plenty of places that do appreciate their customers.
