Chillin’ Cookies is conveniently located at 12 W Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522, USA. Its position on West Main Street places it in a central, visible location within the borough, making it easily accessible for locals and those passing through. The street itself is a hub of activity, and the shoppe's presence contributes to the lively downtown atmosphere. For those driving, there is on-street parking available, which is typical for a Main Street business in a small town. This accessibility makes it a practical spot for a quick dessert run or a planned outing. As a new business, its location on a main thoroughfare is a significant advantage, ensuring it gets good visibility and foot traffic. A customer noted that the space itself is "cute," suggesting a pleasant and inviting atmosphere once you are inside. However, the same customer also mentioned that the lack of a ramp for a stroller made it difficult to enter, which is a potential consideration for those with accessibility needs. This highlights that, like any new business, Chillin' Cookies is still finding its footing and may have areas for improvement. Despite this, its central location on West Main Street ensures it is a part of the vibrant local scene in Ephrata and an easy-to-find destination for anyone looking for a sweet treat in the heart of Lancaster County. The ability to pull up and park on the street and then walk into a local establishment is a classic small-town experience that many Pennsylvanians appreciate.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We love to support a new, local business and I was really looking forward to taking my grandson in for his birthday treat. It's a cute space, on street parking. As soon as we walked in the two young girls behind the counter just looked at us. Awkward!!! So I said hello!!! I got smiles back. Not sure at this point if they could speak. There was no explanation of the menu or what was offered. After figuring it out we placed two orders. There's construction going on upstairs which made it difficult to hear the quiet voice of the girl behind the counter who was obviously getting annoyed with me saying "what" when she spoke. I ended up apologizing, but not sure why I did that. Bad habit! Our desserts were good, but definitely NOT as pictured. My grandson was excited to try one of their huge, elaborate milkshakes that we saw in ads. Again, sweet and yummy, but not as advertised.I'm giving them a 3 star because I feel bad for a small business that's just starting out, but it honestly wasn't even close to 3 star worthy.
April 06 · Kevin & CrystalWent in on a Sunday afternoon with my wife. We each got an ice cream cookie sandwich not realizing how big they were. Amazing cookies, ice cream, and a health amount of toppings. OM NOM NOM!
July 06 · Dj S (DjKutloose)The ice cream sandwiches are delicious! They're also HUGE. Two people could easily share one.Edit (May 4, 2024): I visited again yesterday and I was told that the store's ownership had changed, so maybe some of the negative reviews from last year are no longer relevant. Plus, they're now serving milkshakes and boba tea!! Everything is delicious and the service is great!
May 05 · Jon MartinMy wife and I had a wonderful experience at Chillin' Cookies on a Sunday evening after biking on the rail trail. We accidentally arrived as they were trying to close at 7pm, but the woman who was working that evening was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of even though we showed up at 7. The quality of the ice cream and cookies were both very good. They do not skimp on the portions either - the cookies were quite large with a substantial amount of ice cream between them. You also just can't beat the outdoor seating right on the square in Ephrata!
May 19 · Brandon SauderDelicious! One big cookie on the bottom with three generous scoops of ice cream in between and another big cookie on top!😋 Restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with ice cream shop vibes. We sat at tables outside which was lovely on such a beautiful evening.
