Class 520 College Park Introduce
In the bustling college town of College Park, Maryland, a truly unique and delightful dessert experience awaits at Class 520. This isn't your average ice cream shop; it's a destination for freshly made, handcrafted ice cream rolls that are as fun to watch being made as they are to eat. The concept of rolled ice cream, a street food sensation that originated in Thailand, has found a perfect home here, offering locals a refreshing and entertaining twist on a classic treat. The process is a spectacle in itself: a liquid ice cream base is poured onto a super-chilled metal pan, where it is quickly frozen and then skillfully scraped into delicate rolls. This method results in a product that is light, fluffy, and incredibly fresh, a stark contrast to the dense, heavy ice cream found elsewhere. The shop's commitment to creating a memorable experience is evident in its wide array of flavor combinations and a plethora of toppings to choose from. Beyond the ice cream, Class 520 also serves boba and smoothies, expanding its appeal to a broader audience of dessert and beverage lovers. The staff are known for being polite, friendly, and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer. Whether you're a student at the University of Maryland looking for a study break, a local family seeking a fun outing, or just passing through and craving something sweet, Class 520 College Park offers a fantastic and engaging experience that is both delicious and reasonably priced.

July 14 · byron suberoThis ice cream shop is very nice. The staff are polite and friendly. The prices are very reasonable. ($6.25 per cup). We got the 1. Thai Tanic (5/5) with 3 toppings and 1 drizzle included in the price. The ice cream was light and fluffy. They had bunch of toppings to choose from.! 2. Mad Mango (4/5) This one was good but I felt the artificial mango flavor, May be that’s me. But over all a great experience. Pay Parking is available just opposite to the store because it’s in University of Maryland.
October 12 · Krishna B KidambiI was not greeted when I walked into the store today. Three minutes went by as I stood at the counter before the store clerk decided to acknowledge that I was even there. I practically had to walk around the counter TWICE and glare at her before she actually said something. If you’re the only one in the store, and you hear the door open (it chimes), you should look up and acknowledge customers as they enter your establishment. Especially if you are preoccupied with an existing order. A simple, “Hello. I’ll be right with you” or “I’ll be with you momentarily” will suffice. There should be no reason why I’m not being acknowledged when I’m just trying to pick up an order. I generally have a positive experience at this location; however, I didn’t recognize the young lady today and it definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. My sister & I order from here all the time but this just maybe the last time.
May 25 · DCIncredible prices for what it's worth. Never have I seen rolled ice cream for so cheap. And in College Park? It's quite a bargain. The bubbles in the tea were 3/5, but hopefully they'll get better. Let's hope this place stays for a while!
December 30 · HaydenThis came up as a recommendation on my google timeline. Parking garage is on the side of the building for an hour. The ice cream is creamy deliciousness with a cute presentation. For the ice cream you get 3 choices for topping and 1 choice drizzle. Also decided to get a light bulb drink. It's an upcharge of any drink presented in a cup shaped like a light bulb. My drink of choice was a kumquat fruit tea. I think the base of the tea is jasmine. It was boldly flavored, citrusy, tart, and minimally sweet. The perfect balance for my perfect tea.
