Absolutely love this Cold Stone location — now even more with the late-night hours!I’ve been coming to the Main Street Fairfax Cold Stone for years, and they’ve always delivered top-tier service and incredible ice cream. But now that they’re open late, it’s a total game-changer!Whether you’re craving a sweet treat after dinner or need a study break dessert late at night, this place has you covered. The staff is super friendly even during the late shifts, and the store stays clean and welcoming no matter the hour.I had the Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some? at 10:30 PM and it was just as fresh and delicious as ever. The vibe is great at night — chill, relaxed, and perfect for a spontaneous ice cream run with friends.So glad Cold Stone is staying open late now — Fairfax really needed this. Highly recommend giving it a visit after hours!

As a Local Guide, there are two types of reviews that I don’t take lightly. Ice cream is one of them (burritos is the other btw). I have been to 4 other local creameries… they were good, but not review-worthy. This Cold Stone completed my search for exceptional ice cream. I have to say “this” Cold Stone because it’s unlike any other Cold Stone I’ve been to.The ice cream here is INTENSELY creamy, the flavor is bold, and the stone is cold. It satiated every post-dinner craving I crave. The customer service is the cherry on top… and if you don’t like cherries, then just choose one of the other 40 toppings they offer. This is my new go-to.

I had the cheesecake fantasy from their signature creations. It was amazing, the cheesecake ice-cream base was perfect and creamy. It was filled with different kinds of berries which provided a nice tartness.The employees and the manager were really friendly, answering all my queries and making suggestions.
