I should’ve just listened to the rest of the reviews because this ice cream cold stone is terrible like is it even nice cream ?. I don't know if this is usually run by Indians since I always see Indian people running these places but this is just wack if you want something good go to sweet frog or the crepe escape. Bad taste bad texture this is the worst place ever bye.

This location closes at 11 pm. My friends and I pulled up for a quick ice cream run at 10:30. It should've taken 5 mins max to get us our ice cream. However, the second we walked in, we received the NASTIEST stares from the workers. They were already cleaning up. As we were ordering, one of the workers started whispering, "This is my last straw," and even started cursing under her breath. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. If you don't want to simply serve ice cream, go work somewhere else. Easiest job but still complaining, smh. DON'T PISS ME OFF LIKE THAT EVER AGAIN 😒😒😒😒 If i could give this place a zero I would, but i cant so ill give you a one.

This location is supposed to close at 11. We got there at 10:47 just for a quick run. The doors were locked and they were not letting anyone in. There were people standing outside when we got there as well. One worker came to the door and said they were closed and that the manager said they were no longer severing. We asked why they closed before their closing time and they said they were already prepping for the next day. Why are they prepping for the next day before the actual closing time? Shouldn’t they have stopping serving ice cream at 11 and then clean up and prep after closing time? Trying to go home early probably. As we were inquiring, more customers were coming to get some ice cream too since it was not yet 11. The manager ended up coming to the door saying they had turned off all their machines and the ice cream was melted. Mind you, it still was not 11. None of us were angry or irate but just very confused as to how they can just decide they want to close more than 10 mins early, especially on a Saturday night. Im sure they should not be doing that.

The ice cream and flavors are amazing but every time I order a waffle cone is stale which ruins the whole texture. The place looks alright not too clean but not too dirty.Also something surprising to me was to find out that the owner takes the tips.

I ORDERED NOTHING! I was in a party of four. Upon entering the store, more than one of us thought the store had an unpleasant smell. We brushed it off, and while three of us started looking at the ice cream flavors to make a choice, I used the public restroom It was absolutely FILTHY!. The toilet seat had "stuff" of various colors on it, there was NO toilet paper, but the worse part was there was NO SOAP at the hand-washing sink! I wasted no time rejoining my party and suggesting to them that we DO NOT place an order. Between the smell and the fact that the employees apparently did not wash their hands after using the restroom was enough to walk right out that door... disgusting! The Board of Health would have a field day there!
