I typically refrain from leaving negative reviews or even taking the time to write one, but this situation warrants a comment. Today, I decided to indulge myself as it is my birthday. I requested a "Like it" size served in a waffle bowl. The woman attending to me spoke in a heavy accent, and I understood her to say, "Do you want it in a waffle bowl?" I replied, "Yes, a waffle bowl." She glanced at me coldly and resumed her tasks. Upon tasting the waffle bowl, I found it to be stale and old in flavor! I notified the employee who served me the ice cream that the waffle bowl was stale, and she responded with an attitude, saying, "That's what I told you!" I then requested a new waffle cone, to which she shook her head, rolled her eyes, and remarked, "They are all like that." I questioned why she didn't simply discard them, but she ignored my inquiry. This is not the first instance of such behavior. I have observed the rudeness of the employees. They were quite pleasant when the previous owner operated the business, but now that they have settled in, their demeanor has changed to one of rudeness. Additionally, the portion size was exceedingly small. There were literally only five spoonfuls of ice cream left, and the brownie was stale as well. I will not return and will be sharing this experience with the community.

Very nice staff... Shop was very clean. The staff welcomed our family as soon as we walked in the door. Icecream is pricey, but kids enjoyed every flavor🙂.

Went to get ice cream with the family. Most of the ice cream was melted. Like there freezers weren’t fully working to keep the ice cream frozen. Bathroom had a water leak or some plumbing issues. And we couldn’t sit inside cause it seems like current staff family members were there hanging out. And that wasn’t just one time. Anyway I won’t b going back.

The worker that you have are lazy and have bad attitude. I ask nicely to make the ice cream from the back and she asked me if you're allergic to peanut why you eat ice cream? I told her I always ask to make it from the back. She when to the back to make it she took so long and After I paid for the ice cream I decided not to eat it just in case I didn't trusted her after that bad attitude. If I was able to put negative stars in will pick that.
