The gents working the register and ice cream line were hustling. There were over 10 people in line. The service was great and quick. The icecream was fresh and mixed well. The gent at the register even signed us up for the rewards program while we checked out. Give these guys a raise! Great experience.

I have a peanut allergy and they couldn’t accommodate that. I’ve been to other cold stones and I’ve never had this issue before. My bf and I waited in line for 15 minutes to be told we couldn’t get anything bc of my peanut allergy.

Terrible service. Walked in Sunday evening at around 5 pm and although there were only 2 people in line, the orders were taking forever , the people who worked there had no interest to serve the customers. I didn’t have the patience to wait longer than 15 min and I left. Never coming back.

My Ice Cream was not the right texture cant for sure blame them because I order through Uber Eats he came two minutes ahead of suspected I have order plenty of time and ice cream was not melted but not putting that on the creameryWhat I put on the Creamery is this:My Ice Cream did not have all my ingredients and I took the spoon through but it came up leaking with No Oreo Cookie Golden or Chocolate ones there was certainly no Heath bars in in but the lady who made it is a shift supervisor and I spoke with her at like 8pm 8/16/22 she said she mixed all in there but she sorry about it but it’s an Uber eat issue yeah they refunded me but you all can’t be sure to make sure my order is correct because you declare that you made the order and it’s in there and you mixed it all up it could not have been mixed all up pecans was flat on top&I scooped in it nothing else showed up but ice cream and pecans

Wednesday evening, place was empty. Came for a chocolate ice cream cone. They were out of chocolate ice cream. And cones. Generously offered us the last of the kids cones. Total came to $16. Three dollars for half a scoop of ice cream and a dollar for a cone. Which was stale. Sorry man gotta charge you full adult price.
