Got our cake home and noticed three giant holes in the back of the cake. Honestly surprised whoever made this and put it on the shelf didn’t either notice or try to fix it. For the price you pay for such a small cake, I feel like this shouldn’t have happened. The worker was there alone when we went in to pick it up, she was super sweet but the only one working there at the time. Seems like they need better staffing and quality control.

I ordered a personalized ice cream cake for delivery, but unfortunately doordash brought the wrong order and could not seem to coordinate another delivery. Knowing i had no time to drive to grandville as i was party prepping, the general manager Ashley personally drove the cake to my home. She then gave me a full refund for the inconvenience, even when it wasn't their fault AND they went out of their way to get that cake to me ASAP! They have made a customer for life, and i will absolutely order from them again. Oh yea and the reeses ice cream cake was a HUGE hit, thank you for saving the party!!

Drove 30 minutes to come get ice cream for mother's day. Arrive to find your general manager has only scheduled a single employee on a national holiday. There is a line all the way to the door. Why is the GM not working to help this poor employee, and make sure customers don't have to wait 30 mins for ice cream? After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we realized that we missed this sign that states they will not accept any cash payments.....WHY? I had exact change to pay for our order and left our debit card at home. Cash is supposed to be king in the united states, yet we are being turned away and discriminated against because we don't have a debit card. So I wasted my gas and time for nothing when you should never turn away cash as payment.

Horrible experience, I would give negative stars. I came in the other night, I thought it was just one person working due to how slow things were moving. When I walked in only 3 people were in front of us. When handing off one of the ice cream to the customer the worker dropped it onto the glass counter and picked it up and proceeded to hand it to the customer saying "my bad"I watched the worker make the ice cream, take the customers cash, adjust his belt, scratch his face then come to take my order all with the same pair of gloves on.When it was finally my turn to order (after 10 minutes) I told the worker I have a peanut allergy (that is life threatening) he said okay and proceeded to make my ice cream no different, using the same tools and gloves he used for everyone else. I informed him that due to the allergy and cross contamination I need it to be made separately from everyone else's things (I've had cold stone accommodate my allergy mamy times in the past at other locations) we sat there and went back and forth about how there was no peanuts in the sundae I ordered and me informing him over and over how cross contamination and allergies work. Finally another worker came up from the back, she asked what the issue was and told him to make my sundae in the back. She then took my friend's order who got french vanilla ice cream - she scooped it out and mentioned it smelled like cheese cake. The boy who was supposed to go make my ice cream in the back was still standing there and proceeded to put his entire face in the ice cream they were preparing for my friend and smelled it. We walked out after that.It was an entire health code violation unorganized disaster from the second I walked in. I highly dont recommend, hopefully this place closed or falls into new management.
