I am not racist or something like that but people from that specific region who began to serve there changed the face of this business drastically. Their behavior with each other in front of other people with their families and kids, dirty looking hands and general sanitary situation forced me to keep far from that place. Although it used to be my kids' favorite ice cream store once. Our last visit was accompanied bybthis music sounding very loudly that did not let us sit there peacefullyand enjoy our ice cream. For us Cols Stone is a lost business!

Experienced an issue with an online order and manager called me personally to fix the situation. Good customer service. Fast service and clean!In addition to dairy options there’s typically non dairy and lactaid options as well. Parking is plentiful and directly outside. You can eat both inside or outside.
