We we were craving some delicious ice cream after a long hot day at the water park, so after passing it, we turned around to enjoy a cold treat at Coldstone. In my opinion the best combination of a blizzard and delicious ice cream. The choices are limitless the ice cream combination delicious, the staff was fun and engaging, and we even enjoyed meeting some new friends celebrating a win at the nationals girls baseball tournament. We talking about the days events before returning home.

I got very fresh ice cream and it was the best I had in a very long time. I got a lot of mixins in my takeout order which was on time even though I ordered during the busiest hour. This branch will be my go-to ice cream place from now on.

I am a huge fan of ice cream and going in I didn’t expect much. However, I was simply amazed by the friendliness of the staff and how creamy and fresh the ice cream tasted. Kudos to the team here at cold stone in Carmel and I would definitely go again!

We ordered 3 times this week. Toppings completely missing and freezer burnt ice cream every order we did had an issue. I’ve put in a complaint bc at this point for $20 an ice cream -I want a refund, I ordered and paid for one thing and for another. Guess what? No response. Still waiting and doubt anyone will call me back. This branch rips you off, beware.
