This is one of my favorite ice cream companies, I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. The ice cream is always good but they are pricey. I keep coming back though because of how good it is. I like how there are no flavors constantly and there are diary free options. I haven’t tried them yet but soon. Recently there was a blueberry muffin ice cream and a banana pudding ice cream and they were so frickin good.

Ice-cream over here is prepared in a cold plate by mixing the toppings like many places. Portions are large. I think the prices are high for an ordinary taste.

If I talk about something tasty or peaceful for myself, it means Cold Stone. Their ice cream is so good and so fresh! I’ve been a regular customer for 8 years now, and this is my favorite place. Yes, their prices are a bit higher compared to other stores, but the quality is also top-notch. I really like the ice cream from this store. Even all the employees are very nice.

I got the Taro frozen yogurt and it was spoiled. It was sour and not sweet at all. Either they mixed up the flavors or they served expired frozen yogurt.

This experience was absolutely atrocious. I ordered a large round cake from cold stone a week in advanced before I needed the cake for a birthday. My family orders cakes from here every year. On the day I was suppose to pick up the cake someone calls me from cold stone saying the cake was melted and they had to remake it. They had called me thirty minutes before I was going to originally pick it up. Also make it at one location and drive it to the next location. Which I was fine with, another hour of waiting was no big deal. I got there to get it and I was told to wait for “finishing touches”. I waited patiently for it and it came out looking half melted and rushed. (Photos below) First, the colors were wrong and I told the lady this and said she did not have blue. Which I ordered it a week ago and it went through two different locations and both of them didn’t have blue frosting? Second it looked rushed like a 2 year old tried writing the name for the first time. Third, the rest of the Mix-ins were wrong as well. Fourth, I asked the lady of it was a small and she said yes. I stopped and asked why I ordered a large. Then she tried to convince it was a large after already saying it was a small. I basically got a whole different cake then I order for forty dollars and an hour later than I needed it.
