Five stars — they deserve every one!I’ve gone to this Cold Stone three days in a row — yeah, it’s that good. The ice cream speaks for itself (Rocky Road with extra marshmallows is chef’s kiss), but what really keeps me coming back is the people. The owners and managers are just amazing — genuine, welcoming, and they really know how to treat their customers.I even called at 9:30 PM (they close at 10), and instead of brushing me off, they said, “Come at 10 — we’ll serve you.” That blew me away. They didn’t rush me, didn’t act bothered — just straight-up kindness and professionalism.I also tried the Berry Berry Good and, of course, the Gotta Have It size… because seriously, you gotta have it.Please support this place. These folks are doing it right. God bless them, and I truly hope their business continues to grow and thrive.

Not a good experience today with this cold stone. Both girls failed to mix in the toppings into the ice cream. In mine, they were all gathered in the same spot in the ice cream, could not take a bite with everything I ordered in it and my sister ordered a recess cup in her ice cream and they left it completely whole and didn’t even break it up. On top of that they are promoting a buy one get one free creations when you sign up for their rewards.. we signed up new on both of our phone numbers and they didn’t give us the promotion. We had to pay full price.

I love this location! My husband and I went today as we live nearby and have been waiting for this to open. Our expectations were exceeded by Mak and the team. All smiles, friendly, and so kind. Mak made my take-home, gallon-size perfectly, with all the mix ins (believe me, I had a lot); even put extra graham cracker crust on top (my favorite topping)! So glad this location opened so close to us and we will be routine customers! Go check them out!

Cake batter with Nutter Butter cookies...yum. the Nutter Butter ice cream (new flavor) was ok, but my creation rocked the Nutter Butter. Zahlia (sorry if I mis-spelled your name) was a delight. Actually, the entire team there was high energy and customer focus.

my favorite ice cream from here is 1000% the cotton candy. When i went to this specific location a girl named rahima served me and she was so sweet and made the experience very nice! she was super kind to me. definitely will be coming back.
