I came in for just one scoop, but Cold Stone said, “Nah, you need a full-blown life-changing experience.” And they were right. My little son and I always come here after he gets his haircut next door. It is our fun tradition. We do it so much that we signed up for the points program. Today my son got a kids size cookie dough. The service was extremely subpar and disappointing. The young man with brown hair put a wad of cookie dough in the middle of the icecream cup and didn’t bother to break it up. I was kind of shocked. I mentioned it to the young brown haired female cashier. She said that is what they do when it is a kid size. Seemed like an excuse as I have been here and other locations multiple times ordering the same thing and never had that happen. My son could not scoop up the icecream because there was a large unbroken disk of dough in the middle of his cup. I was definitely frustrated. I asked the girl to break it up. She broke half of it up but there was still a wad bigger than his spoon when he went to eat it. That is what cold stone does they mash your toppings into your icecream. Take that away and why would I buy icecream hereinstead of somewhere else.

We LOVE coming here!! The ice cream is AMAZING!! The owners are always great, and they add extra mix ins. I would get ice cream here everyday if I could!

We stopped by Cold Stone after a movie at Emagine. The service was great. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. We enjoyed our ice cream and conversation. We’ll be back!

Service was horrible. I’ve been here before and they always have great ice cream and such. But I went there with my bf yesterday night at 7pm 12/7/24 for a sweet treat and he’s never been there before. There were a couple teenagers working a young girl with brown hair and a young man with dark hair. I was super nice asking about their day etc trying to cheer them up giving them the benefit of the doubt. But they were very rude and I don’t know why.
