WORST ICE CREAM I'VE EVER HAD. First of all, none of the ice cream was actually solid. Everything was melting inside of the case and all of the flavors were mixing together. Facility was disgusting, run down, and I felt quite unsafe. Staff was incredibly rude. I paid $20 for three small cups just to throw all of them out right away. Absolutely digusting.

The fact that there were so many bugs as you can see on the glass was a huge turn off. Not to mention the horrid smell as you enter into the store. The health inspectors need to come out to this place! I can’t believe that they were still serving customers. So disgusted.

Very frustrating that I have been here on three occasions and there is no dairy free option. They are always out of the silk chocolate almond milk ice cream. How do you not have back ups of this? I couldn’t even get sorbet because that was also out. It’s very frustrating that cold stone as a company markets that they carry dairy free options for this location to constantly never have any available. One time, sure fine, whatever, but three different occasions at different times of the day. That’s just ridiculous. Management is definitely off at this location
