good vibes, smiles, an SUGAR!!!!! Every-time I go to coldstone, the staff are always welcoming, the store can be very busy and overstimulating during the weekends, but over all good service. Zee, and Max helped me out and were 10/10 all around. PLS TREAT YOURSELF!!!!

The service was ok. When I first came to cold stone when they first opened on the east coast the walk in experience was amazing. I felt welcomed. The staff greeted me with a song of excitement or a welcome to cold stone. And if you tip them, they would sing a little happy chant as a good ole thank you.Well my first day back in a long long while… made me feel like I should’ve gotten my ice cream elsewhere. My ice cream wasn’t mixed. Upon walking in, the environment was filthy. The staff looked super exhausted. And yeah I’m sure it probably was a long day but at least a smile would’ve made people feel welcome. I asked the manager if they still sing upon tips because I was going to and she said no we don’t do that.The ice icream itself was good but the experience was heartbreaking.

I love their smoothies. We did a mobile order for 3. Mango pineapple, strawberry banana and strawberry blueberry . They listed on the cups which was which. We were Welcomed upon entry and smoothies were ready to go sitting in the blast as we requested. Very happy with customer service. Everyone had smiles on their faces and were kind.
