I placed order online not knowing if I got scammed by text from cold stone #. I asked the manager if best toorder again online or fall in line, was inattentive. Placed order online & presented receipt. 1 staff said 5 mins wait. Other staff said 5:15 pm ( earliest time allowed on app). Manager was still inattentive. When I requested for a refund the manager walked away along with the other staff who gave the time. All in all, they had me wait the entire time and disrespectfully did not even address me directly re: outcome of my request as they kept entertaining other customers. Not acceptable treatment and suggesting staff education.

I’m amazed in how much ice cream the gave me. I order the big cup that costs like 7 bucks and added chocolate shavings and coconuts but they gave me almost like 2 pounds of ice cream 🍨 so yeah I couldn’t even finish it but it was worth it.

My friend and I visited this location last Wednesday night about around 7pm. The new lucky charms flavor does taste delicious but was $7 for a small. Cold stone has always been overpriced so that’s nothing new. It was a little frustrating to see only one employee taking and making orders while there was numerous other employees standing around and chatting. Something that should’ve taken 5 minutes took about 10-15. If they were busier I’m sure more employees would’ve helped, but definitely not right to leave it all on one employee regardless of how many customers are in the store.
