Horrible experience. Ordered over $40 in ice cream to find out that if we wanted something “mixed in” we should have requested it. My daughter had her “mix ins” but don’t order the cake batter cookie dough or the coffee with toffee/heath. There are NO pieces of cookie dough or toffee/heath bar… apparently you have to ask for it and it’s EXTRA!!!! Will NEVER spend money at Cold Stone Creamery again. DQ all the way!!!

Got there at 9:45 tonight. Yeah I get its busy, but we stood in line for 15 minutes and just as we were entering the doorway, one of the employees stepped in front of us. She stated "I'm going to have to cut the line off here" and proceeded to shut the doors in mine and my 2 friends' faces. There were also about 6-8 people in line behind us who had been waiting almost as long.I understand the need to close, but you could cut the line off for the people who were already in line and not turn people away who have been patiently waiting.Won't be spending my money here again.

Had a horrible experience my first and last visit. I showed up about 15 minutes before close (which I understand sucks) and the 2 girls were super rude. They were out of whipped cream and wouldn't fill it up, our shakes were super small and not filled. It was just ridiculous and way to expensive to not get what you pay for. I should have just went to 5 guys for a shake like we usually do.

I had a frustrating experience at this location. My entire order was wrong—ordered two waffle bowls and got waffle cones instead, asked for a medium shake and got a small. The employee almost gave my son the wrong ice cream altogether. On top of that, I had a BOGO offer, but the cashier wouldn’t let me enter my phone number and just dismissed it, saying I could use it next time.The staff didn’t seem knowledgeable or interested in helping, and the service felt rushed and unorganized. Overall, a disappointing experience, and I’m not sure I’d return.

Good ice cream but employees don’t listen and can’t tell their sizes apart. We asked for 2 small ice creams they gave us 2 mediums and 2 huge ice cream covers when we asked for a small. No places to park
