Tried the Cheesecake Fantasy at Cold Stone and it definitely lived up to the name! The cheesecake ice cream was super creamy, and the mix of graham cracker crust, strawberries, and blueberries gave it the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Loved the texture and flavor combo.The staff was friendly and quick, and everything tasted fresh. Only reason it’s not a full 5 stars is the price a bit steep for the size. Still, it hit the spot and I’d come back for sure to try other flavors!I choose to sit inside, they do have outdoor seating.

The menu at Cold Stone Creamery is extensive, with a wide variety of flavors to choose from. Whether you're a fan of traditional flavors like vanilla and chocolate or prefer something more unique like birthday cake or cotton candy, there is something for everyone at Cold Stone. In addition to the ice cream, they also offer sorbets and yogurt for those looking for a lighter option. We had chocolate devotion , birthday cake truffle , tastes amazing as usual. Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place to satisfy your sweet tooth. Cold Stone is a top-notch ice cream shop for me , that is sure to please even the most discerning of ice cream connoisseurs. All above the good I has little bitter experience tooNOTE: where ever we visit the customers should greeted with a welcoming and inviting but here totally disappointed . The staffs here are not even have smile on their face and seems like they don’t like us to come here. It’s really hard for me to complaint but it’s an important note the Cold stone company should consider for the company good reputation .Also kindly keep the place neat and clean. All the tables are unclean with lots of dirt , ice cream wastes, and etc . Even they don’t have napkin instead of that they had toilet paper on the cashier counter for customers general napkin needs .Except these two things we actually enjoyed our ice cream crave . Would like to visit often .

Very bad service, had eye contacts with several people that’s working but they ignored me for few minutes while other people standing in line behind. I asked for two flavors in a large cup and they end up mixing them together which made it taste disgusting. Very pricey compared to other ice cream store too, never coming back here again.

Went on 2 separate occasions:1) worker filled half the milkshake cup (literally halfway) and tried to charge me full price. Milkshake was not made properly and i refused to pay full price.2) first worker took my order (2 milkshakes), then got on the phone for atleast 10 mins. He forgot my order and started helping someone else. Had to go up to another worker to make the milkshakes and of course they were made incorrectly.Quality has declined and this store needs to hire competent workers.

I ordered two items from this location by Uber eats. When I received my order the waffle bowl that I ordered was swimming in the bottom of the bag and one of the containers of ice cream was leaking into the bag. The bag was sealed to protect the contents of the bag. I called the store to speak to a manager. The person who got on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive (Evan). When I told him what my issues were, he said it was the Uber drivers fault that my order came the way it did. I asked then why was the waffle bowl In the bottom of the bag. He stated "That's how we do it. We put it in a bowl without a cover." I asked her information to corporate. He told me to go get it off the website and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back twice in order to get him back on the phone, which he would not. I spoke to Chloe who apologized profusely for his behavior. I asked to speak to his manager or someone else who was in charge and Chloe said she'd have someone call me back. This is where we stand. Discussing customer service.
