I absolutely love coming to Cold Stone Creamery for ice cream! They make all their ice cream fresh in-house every day, and when you order, they prepare it right in front of you. Since everything is made to order, it can take a minute or so for each order, but that's totally okay because you get to watch them make it right before your eyes. It's fun to create your own custom concoction—just pick your base flavor, and they'll mix in whatever toppings you want. I always enjoy getting a fresh-made waffle cone loaded up with some delicious chocolate ice cream with various toppings mixed in. They also make amazing ice cream cakes if you're looking for something special. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. If you're not sure what combinations work well together, just ask—they're great at offering suggestions. Definitely one of my favorite spots for ice cream!

Horrible place!!! I came in to buy 2 ice cream cups. When we got to the car there was a big piece of hair in our ice cream. It was the hair of one of the employees who did our order. We came back in to get a refund and they told us the manager well refund it on her computer. We asked for a receipt and the girl said the manager was going to print it. WE WAITED 15MINS for a receipt. I kept asking how much longer. I got tired of waiting so I told her to call her manager to the front SHE SAID SHE NOT HERE I was like then where she at she said she can see from the camera and her computer!!!! EXCUSE ME ?!?! So there was no management present I asked her so it's all employee she said yes THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! I told her to keep calling her manager because this is wrong. Her manager wasn't picking up the phone. I asked the name of her manager who is supposed to be on shift she said her name was NIKKI. I don't know what kind of management they running but they need to do better!!!! I still didn't get any receipt confirming my refund. THE GIRLS ARE HANDLING FOOD THEY SHOULD BE WEARING HAIRNETS!!

I visited this establishment on July 9, 2024 around 8:30pm. The item I selected to purchase was not available because they were out of brownies. While I was looking for another selection I was distracted and disappointed with the employees. The employees were congregating and talking amongst themselves about personal matters. They were on their cell phones with house shoes on, hair all over the place, and they were not welcoming. The employee that was waiting for me to place my order was picking in her nails and scratching her hair without washing her hands. I did purchase one item that was given to me dripping with melted ice cream all over the place. I had to request an additional cup, napkins and a bag. Do with this information what you would like but I will not return to this establishment.

I've been here a couple of times. I'm not a big ice cream guy but my girlfriend is a menace for sweets. This place couple probably use more than just two employees. This isn't a Subway, and it is seemingly more difficult to make ice cream than a sub. Paired with the online orders, it is obvious that this place's atmosphere and subsequent cleanliness takes a hit when this place gets busy to the extent that workers are too busy to clean. This place isn't as bad as the reviews would say.
