I visited Cold Stone Creamery 7/6/2025 and ordered three ice cream creations. Unfortunately, my order was made incorrectly and was not made like it normally is. I went back in to have it remade, but the same staff member who made it the first time redid it with an attitude and still didn’t get it right. I was disappointed with both the customer service and the quality of the product. I love Cold Stone normally, and visit frequently but this experience didn’t meet expectations at all.

The ice cream was amazing, but The worker was very rude. She was slamming everything on the counters and continued to correct me awful service Expected us to give her a tip she slam down the receipt in the basket she was white with blonde hair blue eyes with a pink Kendra Scott necklace

If you enjoy waiting 30 min or more for ice cream that you can just buy in the store this is the place for you!! Super slow teenagers working and clearly understaffed. More business walked out the door than stayed 🤦‍♂️

Waited 25 minutes in line… ordered our ice cream and they put it in a cup and then they said it would be a 2 minute wait to make more cones- I told them that was okay and we would wait… meanwhile the ice cream is in the cup sitting there melting. It took Atleast 10 minutes for the cones. Then they proceeded to put the melted ice cream inside the HOT cones they just made. They served it to us like soup. Never going back.
