I ordered a couple mango smoothies here, but they weren't really drinkable. They were way to thick and mostly ice chucks. I had to throw most of it out. Not sure that I'd go back after this.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Cold Stone Creamery never disappoints, and my recent visit was no exception! The ice cream was deliciously creamy, and the mix-ins were perfectly blended. But what really made my experience outstanding was the amazing customer service from Phoenix. She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was just right. Her positive attitude and warm smile made my visit even sweeter. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Tiara at Cold Stone Creamery. From the second I walked in, she had the most welcoming smile and such positive energy which instantly made my day better. She was super patient while I made up my mind (because let’s be honest, it’s hard to choose with so many delicious options!), and she gave great suggestions based on what I was craving. It’s rare to find employees who go above and beyond like she does.

I stopped by Cold Stone, and I wasn't sure what to get, but Tiara was super friendly and helped me decide on the Birthday Cake Remix. Let me just say it was amazing! The combination of cake batter ice cream, brownies, sprinkles, and fudge was perfect. On top of that, Tiara had such a great attitude and made the experience even better. She was patient, helpful, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. Customer service like that makes all the difference.
