If you come to this location expect for the employees to just stare at you until you specifically ask them if you can order.Also try to avoid being helped by the young man Reed D. Your toppings won’t be mixed or crushed up into the ice cream.For the price and lack of customer service and training you’re better off going to the store and picking up some cones and ice cream.

Our family of 10 visited this Cold Stone location to celebrate my niece's high school graduation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and upsetting. The worker told our group that we couldn't receive toppings on our ice cream because it was close to closing time. However, the customer right before us received toppings on his order, making the denial to our entire group inconsistent and unfair.When I asked whether this was a corporate or store-specific policy, the worker repeated, "That's what I learned when I was trained," offering no documentation of such a rule. He eventually explained that they cut the stone off at 9:30 pm, making orders closer to closing time impossible if a customer is looking for a quality product. According to Cold Stone's corporate policy online, locations are to serve ice cream and toppings until the end of store hours, not selectively based on timing or preference.This lack of consistency and hospitality left a bad impression on what was meant to be a celebratory night. I hope corporate investigates whether this location is operating in alignment with company values and policies. Until then, I can't recommend this Cold Stone to anyone looking for reliable service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Came here after a movie. My boyfriend’s family got 2 vanilla cones and they enjoyed it. His brother got a shake and it was wonderful you could taste how rich and creamy it was. My boyfriend got the strawberry blonde and it was a wonderful mix. I got the cookie dough with add ins. It was super creamy and fresh. The staff was super nice. A bit small on the inside but there are tables outside as well. Service was fast. Would def come back!

Came in here at 9:38pm with 10 guests. There was a super long line. By the time we got to our turn the employee said they weren’t able to make any more ice cream with toppings. Only plain ice cream. It was 9:50pm at that time & they closed at 10pm!! After waiting all that time on line everyone was disappointed! We would NEVER come here again nor recommend this business!!
