Ordered a cake for my sister in law’s birthday and when I came to pick it up, they had not reserved it at all and had sold out that type of cake, except for one that was falling apart, with the frosting all crushed and graham crackers falling all over the place. It’s also tilted. The website offered the option to add a message on the cake but once at the store, they told us they didn’t do that. Employees were unhelpful teenagers who had zero customer service experience and said they couldn’t help because “the cake people had already left” (mid day), so they only knew how to scoop ice cream. Had no option but to take it like that and fix the cake myself, add whipped cream and strawberries to hide the mess and try to make the best of the day. - Angelica Montalvo
