Ice cream here tastes good but their service is not. The owner is rude and doesn’t know how to talk to his customers nicely. They never look like they are happy to serve you. Once I had asked for the ice cream to be put on the stone again because it had semi-liquid consistency and the owner said “do you want it or not” instead of trying to address my issue.

I've only been to this location twice and I am not a local. My visits were about 7 months apart and let me tell you how amazed I was with the service, especially the second visit. Not only did the young man remember me but also what I ordered. It BLEW me away!!! There was lots of laughter and even got to meet the grandfather. Edison & Omar are amazing young men that truly made me feel special and I will definitely visit again when in town. "Founders Favorite with banana ice cream" 😊

The ice cream we had was full of emulsifiers and seemed to be expired. It literally tastes like Elmer’s glue and fiberglass resin. My 9 year old daughter ate less than half of her mint ice cream that didn’t taste minty at all. I tried to finish it and could not because it tastes so bad and I love ice cream. Two cones cost me $21. Won’t go again.

It was pretty good, not the best experience I've had at this store. I ordered 3 different scoops in a cup and as he got them he mixed them all together on the cold plate, the taste was interesting but I don't want them that way again, not ever. There were no other customers in the store and only one mostly clean table with 3 employees present. They seemed to be arguing about something.

Pretty certain I was ripped off $5 last night. I only got a love it size of pb perfection and gave a $20, just to be handed back $6 instead of $11. The day prior I got a waffle bowl with the same ice cream, but the waffle tasted stale.Not impressed with this place. Just go to baskin robins if you’re in the area.
