Love this place. Is small the ice cream is good. You have to be patient because they are making your ice cream do order. Love the coffee lovers only. Is so good. Forced to tip:Ordered two kid scoops + 2 fixins. $18 (price was kinda confusing bc i thought $6.99 each, then marveled at how high the tax was on top of that - had to have been some hidden fees)Anyway, when we went to check out, the guy rang us up then walked away. Strange bc store was empty. On the tip screen, there’s no way to “skip” nor is there a way to enter “0” to advance to payment screen. And no one to ask ab it, because he quickly disappeared to the back til the transaction was done. You could not tap to pay or swipe your card until you entered at least $1 of tip.I like coldstone, my kids loved their ice cream, but the sketchy forced tip really turned me off from ever returning.

It is an excellent place to get ice cream. The portion is good, and it is delicious. You can create your ice cream with any topping, or select any signature creations. My favorite was chocolate devotion. You are going to enjoy it!

Customer service representative didn’t listen to what was ordered 4 guys behind one one making everything and to top it off wiped nose and didn’t wash hands left from line didn’t even order my ice cream. Too many things going on and nobody was able to start or aid the poor guy

I really love their cheese cake fantasy ice cream. That’s my usual go to at this spot. They usually mix it really well and it tastes so good.Why did I give it 2 stars? Well, I was really disappointed with my last purchase at this location. I got an Everybody’s 3 Pint for the first time but they didn’t really mix it well and they didn’t fill it up all the way. They probably mixed it like 3 times for this huge thing. I was really upset because a large portion of the ice cream didn’t even have fruits. I was just eating the base for the most part. That’s because of how they mixed it and how many toppings they mixed in. They were running out of strawberry. They added what probably what looked like 3- 4 tablespoons of what was left of the strawberries and didn’t bother to open a new container to put it in. Truly, they just like dumped what was left of the strawberries from the bottom of the container which would be acceptable for a Love it and not a 3 Pints. I also only got like 7 blue berries in the whole thing which again would only be acceptable in a Love it size. I understand they were busy and it’s an hour and a half before they close but like that was just so bad. I want to tell the workers like it’s ok to take your time. If you rush, the quality isn’t as good. Maybe they aren’t used to making 3 pints ice cream? Maybe the staff needs more training or something.Also, I’m not sure if this is sanitary but they guy working on my ice cream straight up grabbed the crushed graham crackers with his gloves hands. That seems like a sanitation issue. That also makes me question how well this company standardizes making ice cream. He honestly should have used a measuring tool to make my 3 pint ice cream.To summarize:They get 2 stars because their ice cream is good and they could improve their sanitation, standardization, quality of products and staff training.Update: Nothing happened when I emailed them. They didn't respond to my email.
