I mean, this is probably the worst ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I don’t think I can overstate how bad this was. I got French vanilla with Oreo mixed in and it looked like someone scooped vanilla ice cream and then cracked some Oreo on it with a pepper grinder. Not a single chunk of Oreo in the whole scoop, just tiny little flakes of it that were not noticeable in texture or flavor. This is the equivalent of going to McDonald’s to get a burger and receiving a top and bottom bun with no meat. It’s TWO things. Ice cream, and Oreos. How on earth do you mess that up??

It’s a cold stone, you come in and you get a mix of something. I find that their ice cream is well made versus some other brands. I’ve yet to be disappointed. This facility is nice, clean, but I feel it’s a bit dated. Go get ice cream and go I guess.

After my first review, in the spirit of grace on Easter Sunday I decided to give this place another try. The indoor seating area had been completely cleaned and was spotless. When being served we were met by smiling faces, and the servers asked if we wanted our multiple flavors combined. More detail was verbally given as to how to craft and assemble our sweet creamy desserts. As we paid, the locale had also upgraded to a card reader. This is now my wife's favorite place when we want something cold. I have since upgraded my review to reflect our having had a very pleasant and excellent experience.

We love this Coldstone. The workers are always friendly and professional. The founder favorite is my go to every time. We hang out outside and finish our ice cream since there’s benches and a nice water fountain. It’s a relaxing area to just hang out and have dessert.
